Studio Policy（工作室政策）

Online lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance

在线课程最多可提前24小时取消。

If you cancel within 24 hours of the lesson, the lesson fee will be collected and will not be rescheduled.

如果您在课程开始前 24 小时内取消课程，课程费用将被收取，且不会重新安排课程。

Please be sure to notify us of your absence even if it is less than 24 hours before the lesson.

即使距离课程开始时间不足24小时，也请务必通知我们您的缺席情况。

Rescheduling a lesson is only possible if the instructor has an available schedule.

只有当教练有空档时，才能重新安排课程时间。

Rescheduling is only possible within the current month. Please be careful with lessons in the last week of the month.

课程改期仅限当月内。请谨慎安排月底最后一周的课程。

Sharing or forwarding the URL of the learning video is prohibited.

禁止分享或转发学习视频的网址。

Sharing or transferring online lesson videos is prohibited.

禁止分享或传输在线课程视频。

Sharing or transferring the URL of the correction video is prohibited.

禁止分享或传播纠正视频的网址

Students（Customers） are not permitted to take lessons at other schools.

客户不得在其他学校上课。

If any prohibited acts are discovered, legal action will be taken.

如果发现任何违禁行为，将采取法律行动。

Once paid, lesson fees are non-refundable except in the following special cases:

课程费用一经缴纳，概不退还，但以下特殊情况除外：

・If a major earthquake, natural disaster, war occurs in the teacher's or student's country and lessons cannot be continued after that.

如果教师或客户所在国家发生重大地震、自然灾害、战争，导致课程无法继续进行。

・If the instructor becomes ill and has less than six months to live

如果授课教师患病，且预期寿命不足六个月。
